John C. E. Barrett is an Associate in the Tucson office. His practice focuses on general litigation and civil appeals. Prior to joining the Firm in 2008, Mr. Barrett practiced with a small firm in Tucson, and served as a law clerk to the Hon. Peter J. Eckerstrom of the Arizona Court of Appeals from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Barrett received his undergraduate degree from Lewis & Clark College in 1995 and his M.A. in American Indian studies from the University of Arizona in 1999. He graduated from Vermont Law School in 2002 where he was a member of the international moot court team and the environmental moot court board. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Pima County Bar Association, and his pro bono activities include the Volunteer Lawyers Program and Wills for Heroes. Mr. Barrett is also licensed to practice in Georgia.
