Nancy J. MarchNANCY J. MARCH, a Shareholder in the Tucson office, has practiced primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and collections law since 1989. She has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization since 2002. In September 2011, Ms. March was selected to serve a three-year term as a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference. She was also recognized in 2007 and in 2010 by her peers in the legal community as a "Southwest Super Lawyer" in her specialty.

Ms. March has represented debtors, secured and unsecured creditors (including banks, other financial institutions, insurance companies, and lessors), official committees, prospective purchasers, and Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustees in a wide variety of commercial and real estate bankruptcy cases and workouts in Arizona and in other states. Her bankruptcy litigation experience includes fraudulent transfer and preference litigation, contested plan confirmation proceedings, and a diverse motion practice. Ms. March has also served as an examiner and has been selected as a mediator for bankruptcy disputes. After practicing with the Tucson office of Streich Lang for 11 years, Ms. March joined the Firm in October 2000.

Ms. March obtained her J.D. with high distinction from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1989. She served as Managing Editor of the Arizona Law Review. She is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy and collections topics. Ms. March serves as an Honorary Trustee of the Tucson Symphony Orchestra.
